This amp is a dream setup for Green Day guitarists, featuring two switchable custom mods: the Dookie Mod and the SE Lead. Both were originally created by a renowned amp builder, with the Dookie Mod later refined by a leading Southern California pedal and mod shop. The SE Lead is a more aggressive take on the same concept, incorporating an extra tube for added punch.
Starting as a 20W "Studio Vintage" British '59 Plexi model, this amp was modified by Chicago Amp Mods to house both mods - a combination unique to their work. I then captured it extensively across a range of settings to ensure exceptional tone and versatility.
The set includes 10 DI Tone Models with different base EQ & Gain structures for Cortex devices. No cabinet IRs are included - we recommend that you use Vintage 30 / Greenback IRs for the best tones.
